What You'll Need
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1 small avocado, diced
What to Do
- In a large skillet over medium-low heat, cook bacon 4 to 5 minutes per side or until crispy; drain on paper towels.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and chili powder; mix well.
- Layer each lettuce leaf with bacon, tomato, and avocado. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
