What You'll Need
- 2 whole wheat pita breads
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 8 thin slices low-salt deli turkey
- 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 mini sweet yellow peppers, sliced
What to Do
- Cut pita breads in half, forming pockets, and spread with mustard. Fill each half evenly with turkey, cucumber, tomato, and pepper. Serve immediately.
