Cheesy Stuffed Pocket Dogs

This light and healthy one is sure to be a family favorite, 'cause whether or not everyone is following a diabetes diet, our Cheesy Stuffed Pocket Dogs are fun to make and eat.
What You'll Need
- 4 (8-inch) low-carb whole wheat tortillas
- 4 fat-free hot dogs
- 4 (1-ounce) mozzarella string cheese sticks, pulled apart
What to Do

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Spray one side of tortillas with cooking spray and place hot dogs about 1-inch from edge of each tortilla.

Split hot dogs lengthwise down middle and insert string cheese. Roll hot dog inside tortilla.

Arrange tortillas seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until heated through
Notes
Feel free to add a little ketchup or mustard before rolling in the tortilla.
