Asian Chicken Wraps
- SERVES
- 4
We love Asian cuisine, but when you're watching what you eat, sometimes it's hard to figure out what's actually in your meal - unless you've made it yourself. That's why we love these Asian Chicken Wraps!
What You'll Need
- 2 cups cooked, chunked boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 (16-ounce) package coleslaw mix (4 cups)
- 1/2 cup fat-free sesame dressing
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, coleslaw mix, dressing, and ginger; mix well.
- Place equal amounts of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Wrap each tortilla by folding the bottom over the filling then folding in the right and left sides of the tortilla, forming an envelope. Roll up and place seam-side down on a serving platter. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can bundle the mixture inside the tortillas or, for a change of pace, and fewer carbs, stuff it inside large, crisp Boston lettuce leaves. Talk about refreshing!
