Can this be made with ground turkey? My family doesn't eat pork. Also could maple syrup be added for maple flavor? Or 1/4 teas. of liquid smoke for a smokey taste?

Hello there! Yes, you can substitute ground turkey for pork. Maple syrup can be added, but we recommend using very little because the sugar will make it burn during cooking before the patties are cooked. tsp smoke will be fine to add. Hope this was helpful!
