The King's Oatmeal

- 1/2 cup oatmeal mixture
We got our inspiration for this peanut butter and banana oatmeal recipe from The King of Rock 'n' Roll himself. He loved this combination and we think he would've loved our recipe for The King's Oatmeal, too! Make this a day ahead so you can be ready to rock in the morning!
What You'll Need
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup natural, creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, mash banana with a fork.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Mix well, and serve.

Can the oats cooked? I am better able to digest even partial cooked oats.
