Adding a can of pineapple ups the ante in our Tropical Treat Coleslaw, making it even more refreshing than you can imagine!

What You'll Need

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, unsweetened, drained
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 packet Splenda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, green pepper, celery, and pineapple chunks.
  2. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, onion powder, Splenda and salt and pepper. Add to cabbage mixture; toss well to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
