It only takes 3-easy steps to make this picnic-perfect cucumber salad. What You'll Need
- 4 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
- 1/2 cup fat-free Ranch dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and onions.
- Pour ranch dressing over cucumbers and onions. Add slat and black pepper. Stir gently to combine.
- Serve or cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
