Tangy Apple Coleslaw

Although there's no real proof to the old adage about "an apple a day, keeping the doctor away," apples certainly do have lots of tasty benefits. Try our Tangy Apple Coleslaw and we bet you'll agree!
What You'll Need
- 1 (16-ounce) package coleslaw mix
- 2 apples with peel, cored and coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine coleslaw and apple. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice; spoon over slaw. Toss lightly.
