This colorful green and red Stoplight Salsa will have everyone stopping in their tracks. Served as a fresh-tasting dipper or atop grilled chicken or fish, this one never disappoints.
What You'll Need
- 2 cups seeded, chopped Roma tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained, liquid reserved
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except reserved liquid. Add a small amount of reserved liquid until desired consistency.
