- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1 1/4 cups fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, whisk pudding mix, coffee, and milk until smooth and slightly thickened. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
- Spoon pudding mixture into dessert dishes and top with whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
