We've got a new and delicious way for you to serve up banana cream pie. This smooth and decadent dessert can be dished out in a glass for a fancy flare that is sure to impress the guests. Not to mention, our Banana Cream Pie Cups are perfect as a weeknight dessert. They're so easy to make and sure to satisfy that sweet craving. You'll definitely go bananas for this recipe!
What You'll Need
- 1 package (4-serving size) sugar-free, fat-free instant banana cream pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cups fat-free milk
- 5 tablespoons finely crushed sugar-free shortbread cookies
- 1 banana cut into 20 thin slices
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free whipped topping
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until slightly thickened; refrigerate 10 minutes or until completely thickened.
- Place 1 tablespoon of cookie crumbs and 3 banana slices into each serving glass. Layer with pudding and a dollop of whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready to serve, garnish each with a banana slice. (See Tip)
