What You'll Need
- 4 cups frozen no-added-sugar vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup coarsely crushed sugar-free peppermint candy
What to Do
- Spoon ice cream into a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle crushed cookies evenly over ice cream and sprinkle with peppermint candy.
- Cover and freeze six hours or until firm.
