Brown Rice Salad Supreme

This healthy brown rice salad will really stand up to your heartiest of appetites; and that delicious drizzle of Feta Cheese Dressing that our Mr. Food Test Kitchen created is sure to have you loving our Brown Rice Salad Supreme.
What You'll Need
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup Feta Vinaigrette (see Note)
What to Do
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
To make your own Feta Vinaigrette, in a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon dried basil, and 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese. Makes about 1/3 cup.
