Anytime Broccoli Salad

We call this broccoli salad recipe "Anytime Broccoli Salad," 'cause it's perfect for any time you've got a group of friends coming over at a moments notice, or any time you're craving fresh veggies tossed in a slightly sweet, slightly tangy, creamy dressing. Basically, this healthy broccoli salad is great for anytime!
What You'll Need
- 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup diced white Cheddar cheese (optional)
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice; mix well.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, scallion, raisins, sunflower seeds, and cheese, if desired; toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.

This has a lot more ingredients than the broccoli salad at my grocery store's deli, but it looks good. I'll probably get carried away and add even more, like those wonderful sweet hot papadew peppers at the olive bar! Love those!

What is the serving size on this recipe? I do not see serving sizes on any of your recipes.

Right there, it says 8 servings, 3/4 cup each.

I agree with jlwhitten, there is no where what indicates the serving size, only the number of servings. It's the only issue I have with this site. What are we supposed to do-take measuring cups and keep scooping until we figure out whether it's 1/2 c, 2/3 c or then 3/4 c? Would be very time consuming and irritating.
