- 1 pint no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (1-ounce) package instant sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
What to Do
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat together the ice cream, whipped topping, pudding mix, and water until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into individual dessert dishes or a serving bowl, and refrigerate 6 hours or until set. Sprinkle with pistachios before serving.
