What You'll Need
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons packed Splenda brown sugar blend
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 apples, peeled and thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 6 (1/4 cup) scoops sugar-free vanilla ice cream
What to Do
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine, brown sugar, and cinnamon, until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Add apples, reduce heat to low and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until apples are fork tender.
- Spoon apples over sugar-free vanilla ice cream and serve immediately.
