Lemony Freezer Pops

Many childhood memories include making homemade freezer pops in paper cups. Well, we came up with a light and healthy version so that you too can enjoy the summery taste of Lemony Freezer Pops anytime you'd like.
What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup granulated Splenda
- 3/4 cup lemon juice (3 to 4 lemons)
- 5 (5-ounce) paper cups
- 5 wooden ice cream sticks
What to Do
- Heat sugar substitute and 1/2 cup water to boiling over medium-high heat in 2-quart saucepan. Reduce heat to simmer and, if needed, stir until sugar substitute dissolves. Remove from heat, pour into large bowl and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and 1 cup ice water. Pour into 5 paper cups. Freeze for about 3 hours or until partially frozen. Insert stick into center of cup. Freeze until solid. Peel off paper cups.
