Fresh Mango Sorbet

As the weather warms up, we want recipes that will help keep us cool. Well, this Fresh Mango Sorbet is sure to do that! It's a refreshing snack or dessert, and while it's perfect for a diabetes-diet, it's so good that everyone will be asking for a bowl!
What You'll Need
- 2 ripe mangos
- 1 cup granulated Splenda
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
What to Do
- Peel mangos and cut as much of the fruit away from the pits as possible; discard skin and pits.
- Place mango flesh and remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender; blend until completely smooth. Pour into an ice cube tray; cover and freeze overnight.
- Remove frozen mango mixture from the tray and process in a food processor until smooth. Serve, or cover and freeze until ready to serve.
