What You'll Need
- 3 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Splenda
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, and celery.
- In a small bowl, combine parsley, mayonnaise, vinegar, Splenda, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Add to cabbage mixture. Mix gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
Notes
Feel free to use 4 cups of pre-bagged coleslaw mix in place of the shredded cabbage and carrots.
