If you love iced coffee but shy away from it because you think it's too rich for a diabetes diet, no need to anymore. We gave this favorite chilled summer drink a makeover and you can enjoy Your Very Own Iced Coffee anytime you want!
What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons decaffeinated instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons powdered stevia (we used Truvia)
- 1 bottle (16-ounce) diet cola, chilled
What to Do
- Dissolve coffee granules in hot water.
- Pour into large pitcher and add milk, vanilla, and sugar substitute. Gently stir in cola. Serve over ice.

I'm sorry I have to say this, but... this tasted terrible! I took a few sips, but ended up throwing it out. Do not waste your time nor ingredients on making this iced coffee.
