- 1 (10-ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 1/4 pound cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
What to Do
- In a large saucepan, combine soup, 1/2 soup can of water, and curry.
- Stir in cubed chicken; cook until mixture is heated through.
- Sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
