Cheesy Bruschetta Romana

Break out your favorite chilled beverage and put out a platter of these easy, yet fancy looking Cheesy Bruschetta Romana appetizers, and everyone is sure to raise a glass to toast the cook!
What You'll Need
- 8 slices (1/2-inch) baguette-style bread
- 4 Roma tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 2 ounces finely shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange bread slices on baking sheet and spray one side with cooking spray.
- Bake 3 to 4 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
- In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes and oregano and spoon onto untoasted side of bread. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven just until cheese melts.
