Salmon Stuffed Eggs

This easy recipe for salmon stuffed eggs will be the hit of your party! A take-off on simple deviled eggs, these little devils taste heavenly and everyone will think you're an "angel" for making them!
What You'll Need
- 1 dozen hard-boiled eggs, shelled
- 1 (6-ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks to a medium bowl; set aside the egg whites. Add the salmon, mayonnaise, dill, and pepper to the yolks; mix until well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites (see below). Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
