It's one of the most popular dips for entertaining. We're talking a creamy artichoke dip. Our lighter Cheesy Artichoke Dip is high in flavor and low in fat and calories so you can enjoy it anytime!
What You'll Need
- 2 (13.75-ounce) cans artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
- 1 (4-ounce) can mild diced green chilies, drained
- 6 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cup reduced-fat finely shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
What to Do

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2-cup baking dish with cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except 1/2-cup of cheddar cheese. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 15 minutes, or until mixture bubbles and is heated through.
