What You'll Need
- 3 1/2 cups reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10-ounce) package washed baby spinach
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
What to Do
- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, bring broth, onion powder, and pepper to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer.
- Stir in spinach just until it wilts. Garnish servings with chopped egg and Parmesan cheese.
