Sea Salt Kale Chips

The next time you have a craving for something crispy and salty, ditch the fat-laden bag of potato chips and make your own Sea Salt Kale Chips instead. This nutritional green veggie makes for one very tasty snack!
What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 4 cups kale, cut into 3-inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine oil, garlic powder, and salt. Add kale and toss until evenly coated. Place on rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until crispy. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Sounds like I and my daughter would love this snack. DrAIN kale? Does that mean just after rinising it off or is there something I am missing?

I love salty snacks like chips but hate all the calories. These are such a good alternative!
