Red Wine Vinaigrette

Our Red Wine Vinaigrette whisks together in no time to lightly dress up a salad that's sure to command attention. And the red wine gives it such super, rich taste.
What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 of a small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk well. Cover and chill overnight to allow the flavors to "marry" before serving (see Note).
Makes about 1-1/3 cups dressing.
Note
This dressing can also be used immediately...just make sure the sugar has dissolved completely.
