What You'll Need
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 tablespoon SPLENDA sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
What to Do
- In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast poppy seeds. Cook until seeds become fragrant, shaking frequently. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine buttermilk, sour cream, Splenda, and lemon juice. Add toasted poppy seeds, stirring gently to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
