What You'll Need

  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon SPLENDA sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

What to Do

  1. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast poppy seeds. Cook until seeds become fragrant, shaking frequently. Set aside.
