What You'll Need
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pork tenderloins (2 pounds total), well trimmed
What to Do
- In a large resealable plastic storage bag, combine all ingredients except tenderloins; mix well. Add tenderloins, seal, and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours, or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
- Preheat broiler. Place pork on a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet; discard marinade. Broil 7 to 9 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Slice tenderloins across the grain, and serve.
