What You'll Need
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted, and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9-inch) frozen deep-dish pie shell, thawed
What to Do

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add the half-and-half, flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Add the egg mixture, the melted chocolate, and the vanilla; beat well, then pour into the unbaked pie shell.

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool, then cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
