What You'll Need
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup watermelon chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons water
- fresh mint leaves (optional)
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine grapes, strawberries, watermelon, pineapple, and blueberries.
- Sprinkle with pudding mix powder, vanilla, and water and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, or until ready to serve. Garnish with mint.
