What You'll Need
- 1 (14.75) can salmon, drained, flaked
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely crushed multi-grain crackers
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine salmon, onion, egg, crushed crackers, dill, and black pepper; mix well. Form mixture into four patties.
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-low heat, cook patties 6 to 8 minutes or until golden, turning halfway through cooking.
