Golden Topped Salmon

This tasty salmon recipe will make a fish lover out of anyone. Light mayonnaise seals the moisture in and creates a crunchy crust on this Golden Topped Salmon.
What You'll Need
- 4 salmon filets (5 ounces each)
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
What to Do
- Preheat the broiler. Coat a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the salmon steaks on the pan.
- In a small bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly over the top of the salmon steaks, then broil for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
