Pretty tasty. Used all ground chicken breast since my store was out of the mix. Love all the fresh ingredients as well. I added an extra clove of garlic beyond the 4 instructed and it was too much - oops. So stick to the recipe there! Grilled nice, very sticky though to shape, so I'd suggest using damp hands next time. Overall a repeat as long as hubby likes when he tries later.

Tasty burgers. I added extra garlic thinking my 4 cloves were a little small - it ended up being too much so follow the recipe there! Sprinkled a little shredded Asiago on top for a splurge. Very sticky/too sticky to shape into patties but I worked it out. I suggest using damp hands to shape, as raw ground chicken, and turkey actually, are very sticky. I did use all 99% fat free ground chicken here, but with all the other ingredients flavoring it up, I didn't miss the light/dark mix, which my store was out of. I would more than likely repeat, especially if my husband likes them, but he'll be eating later!

I love this recipe! The burgers came out great! They are juicy and full of flavor, and something simple to throw together after a long day at work. YUM!
