What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 (8-inch) reduced-carbohydrate flour tortilla
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons shredded cooked chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons chopped scallion
- Cooking spray
What to Do

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Spread cream cheese on tortilla, sprinkle with chili powder, and spoon chicken and scallion on top. Roll tortilla and place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Spray rolled tortilla with cooking spray.
