Roasted Carrot Chips

You don't have to be a bunny to enjoy snackin' on carrots. We think you'll enjoy snackin' on our Roasted Carrot Chips as much as our floppy-eared friends. They're loaded with nutritious vitamins and have a great, lightly kicked-up flavor!
What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch thin slices
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine oil, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper, if desired. Add carrot slices and toss until evenly coated. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until crispy.

ok. I must have not gotten them sliced thin enough. But I do loved baked carrots!

Really? 8 servings from 3 carrots? Those are some pretty skimpy servings, aren't they? Based on the calories and carbs, that's not even a full 1/2 cup (3-oz) portion.

Hello - These are meant to be sliced fairly thin, like chips, and eaten as a snack portion. If your diet allows, you can certainly eat more than one portion.
