I made these for my family Christmas meal. They are very, very good. This is a recipe I will be keeping.

To the test kitchen. I double checked the recipe and did not see any honey mentioned. Only the Splenda brown sugar blend. How much honey would you suggest?

Hi there! This recipe doesn't call for honey. The carrots are glazed with a marmalade and brown sugar mixture. We do not recommend using honey instead of marmalade; however, you can substitute honey in place of the brown sugar. Enjoy!

These sound delicious. Instead of using Splenda, I will be using STEVIA as a sweetener. It is all natural, and so much better, and safer, for you.

The honey is what adds carbs to recipe. That, along with the carrots themselves, which have a good amount of natural sugar. You could substitute some brown sugar Splenda for the honey, which would add some sweetness.
