What You'll Need
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless turkey breast, cut into 1-inch x 2-inch strips
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 2 teaspoons browning and seasoning sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the turkey, and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Add the onions, mushrooms, and garlic, and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the onions are tender.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining ingredients. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through, stirring frequently. Serve immediately.
