What You'll Need
- 1 container (32-ounce) reduced-sodium, fat-free chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallion
What to Do
- In a large saucepan, bring broth and soy sauce to a boil. Add chicken, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook about 5 minutes, or until heated through. Stir in scallions and serve.
