There may be a ton of easy shrimp recipes out there, but we think our Sweet 'n' Sassy Shrimp stands above the rest. The reason is we combine a touch of honey to sweeten it up and a bit of mustard to give it some sass. And talk about versatile! It works great as an appetizer, or toss it over some delicious riced cauliflower to make it a fill-ya-up meal. No matter how you serve it up, the combo of flavors will "wow" your taste buds.
What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 20 (12-ounce) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
What to Do
- In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard, onion, garlic, and ginger; mix well and set aside.
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and sauté shrimp 2 minutes.
- Add honey-mustard mixture to skillet, stirring until shrimp are pink and sauce is heated through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
