What You'll Need
- 1 (12-ounce) package frozen chopped onion, bell peppers, celery, and parsley blend
- 2 (8-ounce) cans no-salt tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 3/4 pound fresh medium shrimp, shelled and deveined, tails removed
What to Do
- Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium high heat, cook vegetable mixture until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add tomato sauce, water, and seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer about 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook just until shrimp turns pink. Serve immediately.
