What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound large shrimp (24 to 30 count), peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
What to Do
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, parsley, salt, and shrimp, and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with the lemon juice and continue cooking until the shrimp are pink. Serve immediately.
