I READ THE nutrient info. It's missing one thing got us following a strict diet...how much is a serving? It talks about potion control but how much should a potion be? A table spoon, cupful????

Hi there! The serving size for this recipe is 1/2 cup. You can find the serving size for each of our recipes in the right hand corner of the recipe's page, located underneath the cooking time. Enjoy!

Question Can these mashed potatoes be made in advance? I am able to prepare a non-diabetic recipe 5 days ahead of time. On the day of the feast, I put them in a crock-pot with a pat of butter on top and heat until warmed. Can I do the same with this recipe???? Thank You.

Hello! - Yes, you can certainly prepare these ahead of time and then reheat in the slow cooker. - Enjoy!
