What You'll Need
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
What to Do
- Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook onions until tender.
- Add curry powder and cook about 30 seconds. Stir in brown rice and raisins, cooking until heated through.
