Italiano Asparagus Tomato Salad

What You'll Need
- 1/2 pound fresh asparagus, rinsed and trimmed
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 egg whites, cooked, chopped
- 2 tablespoons low-fat Italian dressing
What to Do
- In a skillet, cook asparagus in 1 inch of boiling water 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender; drain.
- Divide tomato slices evenly among 4 salad plates. Arrange asparagus spears over tomatoes. Sprinkle egg white over each salad and top with Italian dressing, distributing evenly.
