A homemade, tangy vinaigrette complements this Ham and Apple Salad perfectly. We just love how the fresh apple slices add a little sweetness to our sensational salad mixture.
What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1/2 red apple, thinly sliced
- 2 slices deli-style low sodium ham, cut into strips
What to Do
- In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper; set aside.
- Evenly divide mixed greens onto 2 plates. Top evenly with onion, apple, and ham. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
