  • 1 (.3-ounce) package instant sugar-free lime gelatin mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen sugar-free whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and lime gelatin mix; mix well. Stir in whipped topping and pineapple until thoroughly combined.
  2. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
