What You'll Need
- 1 (8-ounce) container 2% milk fat small curd cottage cheese
- 1 (.3-ounce) package instant sugar-free lime gelatin mix
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen sugar-free whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and lime gelatin mix; mix well. Stir in whipped topping and pineapple until thoroughly combined.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
