What You'll Need
- 1 1/4 cup cubed mango refrigerated in extra light syrup, drained
- 1 2/3 cup refrigerated no sugar added tapioca pudding
What to Do
- Spoon 1/4 cup mango cubes into each of 5 dessert dishes. Top with 1/3 cup tapioca.
Notes
TIP: Add 1 tablespoon crushed, drained pineapple and top with 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut on each serving for a special tropical treat.
