There's a lot of avocado salad recipes out there, but our Avocado-Citrus Salad is the perfect combination of savory and sweet! Pink grapefruit adds a colorful flair in this otherwise green salad. Drizzled with fat-free vinaigrette dressing, it's a great way to help keep your healthier lifestyle on track. There's no lack of flavor in this easy salad recipe!
What You'll Need
- 4 cups mixed baby greens
- 1 Hass avocado, halved, seeded, peeled, and cut into thin wedges
- 1 1/2 cup refrigerated pink grapefruit sections
- 4 tablespoons fat-free vinaigrette dressing
What to Do
- Divide greens equally among 4 salad plates. Arrange avocado wedges and grapefruit sections over greens, distributing evenly. Drizzle with dressing.
